What we do with your data

Data controller: [DENOMINACIÓN], S.L., CIF [—], [Domicilio], info@tempoeducacion.com. This policy explains what data we process, why and for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

1. Contact form and WhatsApp

Data: name, phone number and postcode (required; we use the postcode to match you with a learning specialist nearby) and, if you provide them, your child's school year, school, age and town, what you have noticed, previous support, preferred times and language, and any documents you attach. Purpose: to call you and prepare for the first call. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: if you don't sign up, we delete the request and attachments after 6 months; if you do, they become part of your child's case file. We only process documents containing health data (reports, diagnoses) with your explicit consent, which we will ask for specifically.

2. Family questionnaire and case file

After the first call we send you a questionnaire about your child and your home. Anything not marked as required is voluntary. Health data, diagnoses and previous support are processed only with your explicit and specific consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Purpose: to plan and carry out the specialist learning support. Retention: for as long as the service lasts and, after that, for as long as the law requires (generally 5 years for tax and consumer obligations, and only for the data needed).

3. Session records and artificial intelligence tool

In each session the learning specialist records what happens (quick markers and a voice note), and an artificial intelligence tool helps them organise that information, compare it with previous sessions and draft reports, which a person reviews and signs. The tool doesn't make decisions about your child or produce diagnoses. Recording the session is optional and only happens with your explicit written consent; the recording is used solely to analyse that session and is deleted once the analysis is finished. Session data is not used to train third-party systems or for any purpose other than your child's plan. Before you sign the consent form, we will tell you who provides the tool, where the data is stored and how long it is kept.

4. Communication with the school and other professionals

We only share the plan and reports with the school or other professionals if you expressly authorise us to. You can withdraw that authorisation whenever you like.

5. Who has access to the data

Our head of practice and the learning specialist assigned to your child. Self-employed professionals who work with us sign a data processing agreement. We use hosting, email and messaging providers (such as our web server, WhatsApp and Google, when you leave your phone number through the form in a Google ad), which process data following our instructions; we will give you the up-to-date list if you ask for it.

6. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for it to be transferred, by writing to info@tempoeducacion.com with a copy of your ID document. If you feel we haven't dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Autoritat Catalana de Protecció de Dades (Catalan Data Protection Authority) or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

7. Cookies

This website stores in your browser the font you choose with the ‘Aa’ button and whether you have accepted or rejected cookies; these are technical and need no consent. In addition, only if you click ‘Accept’ on the cookie notice, the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) is loaded, which stores a cookie (_gcl_au, up to 90 days) to know whether someone who asks for the first call came from one of our ads. We don't use it to show you personalised advertising or to analyse how you browse. If you reject it, the website works just the same. You can change your choice at any time from ‘Cookies’ at the foot of every page.
